So to keep me from becoming conceited because of the surpassing greatness of the revelations, a thorn was given me in the flesh, a messenger of Satan to harass me, to keep me from becoming conceited. Three times I pleaded with the Lord about this, that it should leave me. But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me. For the sake of Christ, then, I am content with weaknesses, insults, hardships, persecutions, and calamities. For when I am weak, then I am strong.

And thank you for visiting His Grace Ministries – a two-faceted divorce ministry that was seeded in my heart in 2010. God allowed my life to venture into corners of darkness that I would have never chosen... four hospital stays for cancer treatment, unemployment because of the recession, a loss of a home, a move to a strange place for me - a hotel for homeless residents, a loss of a prodigal child, and satan's defeated efforts to barricade this ministry... all after the tumultuous unwanted divorce from my first husband. But GOD, because of His grace towards me, allowed these things to come into my life, so that I exalt JESUS while presenting GOD'S GRACE towards other hurting spouses. His Grace Ministries is a spiritual pathway for those spouses who are hurting through separation and divorce.
A married person asked me, “But why a ministry on DIVORCE? That topic is so negative!” Ministry is the “shovel” by which God digs into “the dirt”, and turns it over to bring out new life. His Grace Ministries is just that. If we are married, then we want to stay away from DIVORCE as far as we can, and if we are divorced…we want nothing more than to turn our lives right-side up and be normal again…for self, for family, and for social reasons. And how does this ministry accomplish this spiritual pathway? We offer various events for wounded hearts through STRONG TOWER EVENTS. You will find several topics of interest that will address many divorce issues that any hurting spouse faces. We encourage our retreat participants to be involved in some type of divorce church ministry...and that is where our second facet of our ministry comes into affect...Embraced Church Equipping.
The churches we seek to equip are churches who are not afraid to reveal the darkness of divorce, while CHALLENGING the church to minister to those who are hurting through a divorce, especially to those who never saw divorce coming.
Encouraging and teaching those who have been through divorce, and then training the church to nurture those who are God's hurting spouses, brings more people into His church, while they experience the very grace of God.

God showed me HIS GRACE by revealing a symbol for this ministry…the seed of the Sweet Gum Tree…a thorn that is about an inch in diameter. As I was burdened about this pending divorce ministry and the ups and downs I had faced while trying to birth this ministry, I found these Sweet Gum seeds right in my own yard. So… I know that if I can walk through whatever satan throws my way, then God can do this for you too.
