Mentor Training
This training is required for every person who trains under us for ministry. Every mentor will be considered a "servant" and not a counselor. LARGE GROUP TRAINING
The training of the Large Group begins in administrative training of the Coordinator for the group itself. This will include finding the volunteers, interviewing volunteers, and understanding the entire process of the ministry. We train the entire staff with their jobs that they have been chosen for in the large group, but they also have their job assignments in hand and the entire group will understand how that job fits together with the entire ministry.
Small Group Training
Small group training will consist of the Coordinator Training and the Study Guide Teacher. There are many books out there, including mine, that not only cover divorce topics, but they provide either journal entries for readers, or discussion questions for groups or both. These books have been carefully selected. We can give you a PDF of the books we have selected and the group will decide what they would like to study. Eventually, we will provide a Bookstore for your convenience. Other training consists of mentoring, and church ministry training to create fellowship and an informed group for ministry.

Established Church Groups Ministry Training
This training will be given to YOUR willing small groups within your church, whether they be ADULT life groups, care groups, Sunday School groups, etc. We will train your group to actually minister to the needs of 1-2 hurting spouses who are among you in your church. There are many ways you can minister to them such as child care, fellowship with families, financial needs, moving, lawn work, car repair, etc. One person in your group can also be the one who teaches and mentors the person one-on-one. The hurting spouse will also benefit from my blog on a weekly basis.
